Moab • The planets had aligned for Anthony Charles. In the span of 10 days last May, his wife, Didar, gave birth to their first child, and the couple moved into a new house in Moab with their name on the title, another first. The 41-year-old didn’t know if he’d ever own a home in his hometown, where nightly rentals and second-home owners have driven prices so far they felt out of reach.
