There has been historically, if we do a couple of things differently everything would be much better. I dont think thats the case. I think, first of all, this is a very complex business. I think were actually pretty good at it. We had the best military in the world and we have had the best military in the world for quite a long time. I think we can get a lot better and we need to do a better job in a number of different fashions than what were doing.
