Thats what gm Ceo Mary Barra says were some of the key findings of the independent report into the deadly ignition switch recall. The report was conducted by an attorney. Berra says she interviewed 230 employees and reviewed, get this, 41 million documents. What valucas found in this situation was a pattern of incompetence and neglect.
