A stalled vehicle on the ramp on first street to get on to 880 on the northbound lane so that might be something that may be a traffic hazard but aside from that were doing okay on that end. East bay drive times looking good. Northbound 880 from marina to broadway only nine minutes. Westbound 580 from estudillo avenue and from fish ranch road to the bay bridge only seven minutes.
