Biden earned 2.8 million votes, winning the state by a margin of 154,188 votes against President Donald Trump, certified results show. Electors representing each of Michigan’s congressional districts and two U.S. Senate seats are statutorily obligated to meet in the state Senate chambers at 2 p.m. Monday to sign certificates in support of the candidates who won the popular vote. ....
