Deadline for submissions is at the stroke of midnight on Friday, Jan. 22. Any resident of Maine (permanent or seasonal) may enter up to three images across any of the categories. Entry fee is $10 per image. For students (18 years or younger) we offer a flat fee of ....
Mon, 12/14/2020 - 2:30pm Dear Editor: The 2021 Boothbay Region High School senior class has had a slow start but is now concentrating on raising funds for a Project Graduation trip this coming June. The class and parents are optimistic and have decided to go ahead and plan for a full graduation. They have tentative plans to venture up to Millinocket for two days of safe graduation celebrations at New England Outdoor Adventure Center. The Project Graduation committee has also discussed a plan B if things with the virus are not good by June 2021. Currently we have a few fundraisers happening. Collection bins are located at Janson’s, Grover’s, House of Pizza, Baker’s Way, Boothbay Region Greenhouses, Pinkham’s Seafood, Orne’s Candy Store, Harbor Embroidery, Maine and Ivy, Coastal Maine Popcorn and Good ’N You.
