The criminal case against Ron Galatolo over alleged corruption is expected to proceed this summer following delays over whether emails could be considered for discovery.
A 120-page filing lays out some of the alleged financial misdeeds of San Mateo County Community College District leaders over several years, including "fraud, bribery and kickbacks."
