Tropical system and a tropical storm right now. a lot of water being fed by the gulf. has going to move painfully slow. so that's why we have this flood threat posted where you see green. that is your flash flood watch. you see that maroon there. new orleans is included. seeing a flash flood warning. flash flooding is imminent or happening. we're seeing one to three inches of rain per hour. you can see that with the radar. those bands being fed off the gulf of mexico where you see the yellows, reds, oranges. that's where we're seeing the heaviest rain. and, unfortunately, these bands are going...
