And as i mentioned there is a bit of a breeze thats been sort of waffling between about eight, maybe up to 16 miles per hour. Its 10 currently in philadelphia but on the terrace definitely feeling chilly. Notice how the winds are coming down out of the northeast, too. Thats a change today. Instead of the west. Thats cool up there. And that cooler air is going to be drawn in on that breeze. 47 degrees by 8 oclock. So still chilly through the morning rush hour and then noon 53.
