It's back! The annual 'Cuties for a Cure' pageant for St. Jude is set for Saturday, January 27th at Livermore City Hall. Here's how you can enter your cutie!
The 'Cuties for a Cure' pageant, celebrating its 6th year, spreads awareness and raises money for cancer patients at St. Jude. Let's look back at some big moments.
One of the stories you will hear every year on our Window World St. Jude Radiothon is about little Emma Ford from Muhlenberg County. Emma loved pink and purple, loved dressing up as a princess, and even though Emma lost her battle with cancer, some special friends created an event not only in memory of that little girl in a tutu but all little girls and boys.
The WBKR St. Jude Radiothon is coming up on Thursday, February 4th and Friday, February 5th. For the last few years, one of our annual kick off events has been the Cuties for a Cure pageant. Obviously, because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, pageant coordinator Michelle Vincent had to get creative this year. And, holy toddlers and tiaras! Has she? This year's Cuties for a Cure pageant is going virtual and participating contestants will be battling for the Batting for Brock Supreme title. If you have a cutie who'd like to compete and help raise money for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, here's what you need to do.
