Assessment process which is a formal process that we need to go through for reimbursement purposes. Also as streets open we will be and have been updating the website to inform the public as the streets open and we will have more details in a moment on this. When people are allowed to go back into their homes we have developed a checklist for them to use to make sure that everything is safe for them beyond the normal inspection process.
