Unfortunately that lawsuit was turned away by the judge. Today was a very bittersweet day for Restaurant Owners and servers as they set up here for the lunchtime rush and santa monica off of main street. This is the last day they will be able to use the tables and chairs that they invested in for another three weeks. Servers especially are worried about losing their jobs just the day before thanksgiving and write for the other holidays coming up.
