Phone call in oregon. A person reported seeing a frightened woman running down a road. We talked to the coos county sergeant over the phone. Caller reported by her she was kidnapped at knife point in her apartment complex in san jose. We were able to get her to safety and to the hospital. Reporter investigators say the victim roberted she was forced to drive north in her own car. She also says at some point, he hit her in the face.
