It has been a difficult and trying year for almost every restaurant and bar in Portland s Old Port area. That includes Binga s Stadium, who opened their Portland location in 2009 with the idea of being close to sporting events and concerts at the Cross Insurance Arena as well as being the predominant place to go when big sporting events were only on TV.
