We begin today with a Major New Development in the investigation into the death of an iowa man on the lake of the ozarks last year. A Missouri State trooper is now manslaughter in the drowning of Brandon Ellingson. This is the last photo of ellingson alive. In may of 2014. He was arrested for alleged drunken boating. Witnesses say Missouri State trooper Anthony Piercy put the wrong life jacket on ellingson while he was handcuffed in the police boat. Ellingson fell out of the boat and drowned.
