[ laughter ] never. so you met in college. so college, and now you have this bake shop. so how did you make the transition and you guys come together to actually decide to open up a cake shop cupcake shop. right. well, so we went our separate ways after college. she did her thing, you know i did mine. we came back. fast forward what, 2009? 2009. right. around when i was still eating burgundy cherry ice cream. right, right, right. [ laughter ] and so, we were both stay at home moms at the time. i had developed a cupcake obsession. i br ....
The bleu cheese is still tbd which is to be determined. but, i m thinking i got an idea. you want to smash them in here? sure, thank you, chef symon. you re welcome. all right, so i have this beautiful breakfast sausage, which i don t know if you all remember this, but back in the 70s and 80s before i got my start on the big food network, i used to be a hand model. that s right. [ laughter ] cause it worked out that well for me. so what i m going to do, i think i m going to make this kind of into a little burger patty. what do you think of that? that s a good idea. are you making breakfast burger patties? uh, i m making a guilty pleasure, which can happen at any time in the day or the night. right daph? so, i will get the patties going like that. so, symon, i need that. [ laughter ] but i love a good sundae, like three scoops of like burgundy cherry ice cream with hot fudge oh? with whipped cream and marcona almonds. did you just say burgundy cherry ice cream? like it s a flavor that everybody gets. it s right next to the haagen daz vanilla bean. what are you saying? i ve never even heard of it. it s a flavor. who makes burgundy cherry? i ve never heard of it. it s a flavor that i get y all.
