The president wants to create a special new visa specifically for Illegal Immigrants that would allow them to stay in the country while they wait for permanent legal status, even those with criminal records would be welcome so long as they havent been convicted of three crimes or spent more than a year in prison. It appears to be a long way from the bipartisan plan that is slowly taking shape on capitol hill. Leaks dont happen in washington by accident.
