Due to icy conditions in St. Louis, all classes and student activities on Monday, Jan. 22 are virtual. Most dining locations are closed on campus or have modified hours, and the Sumers Recreation Center and the South 40 gym will be closed all day.
The Fattened Caf. is one of four minority or woman-owned restaurants new to campus this year as an effort by University Dining Services to bring the St. Louis restaurant community to WashU.

Four popular locally owned restaurants will open locations at Washington University in St. Louis in August. Newcomers include Beast Craft BBQ, Collins Farms, Corner 17 and the Fattened Caf. In addition, Olin Business School will replace the Starbucks in Bauer Hall with a coffee bar that features local roasters.
