Time and man power . That is what fedex and ups are claiming. Customers are saying what are you going to do now . People lined up in front of this Customer Service office to pick up what is supposed to be delivered before christmas. Here i am, thursday morning the day after christmas. Coming to get my packages because i dont trust them to try to redeliver. Its been a nightmare. He was waiting for wine. Instead of holding package for him, ups shipped it back to the merchant. I think bad if you really need a product. I dont think my life will change but i feel really bad if someone had a special...
