A hearse carrying trooper valez. A casket carrying the body of valez is taken to the Ewing Center Fieldhouse where the trooper will lie in state. For close to three decades trooper valez served his community and started by the state Highway Patrol in 1989. He was liked so well he was referred to as kenny v. I think it speaks to his personal connection to the communit trooper valez he was kenny v. And that in and of itself is unique.
