Over the next 24 hours the search would lead police from d. C. To brooklyn new york, and then back to the d. C. Area. Last night, the Capitol Area Fugitive Task force tracked wint to this hotel in college park. As the task force was preparing to move in wint and several women got into this white car. Police followed the car into the district, using as many as 20 Law Enforcement cars as well as a helicopter. Then police moved in on the white car and the box truck it was following. Wint surrendered without any resistance. Sources say he was not carrying a gun. A large amount of cash was found inside that truck.
