Could ve been taken here. we see in washington d.c. and in new york city and in other major events, we use dump trucks filled with sand to act as counter car attacks, barriers. and in this case, simple small town parade like this, even a fleeing criminal or someone who is doing it deliberately can find their way right into the middle of the crowd. it is really regrettable. and as we watch this new video here on msnbc, the interesting part, not that it is going to be anything of great import, at least noticeable, is that the vehicle steps on the brakes. right before we freeze this video. and if this was a terrorist to contempt, would you not try to go straight through the, if that really was the intent. ....
