Secrets and Leaks: The Costs and Consequences for National Security
It has become all too common-almost second nature-for people inWashington to leak information. These leaks put our operationalcapabilities at risk and allow our enemies to manipulate theinformation for possible use against us. We need to give theDepartment of Justice all the tools it needs to identify andprosecute individuals who deliberately share classifiedintelligence.
