Fort Carson honors D-Day sacrifices | Military
As world leaders converged on Normandy Thursday to mark the 80th anniversary of D-Day, the 4th Infantry Division commemorated the sacrifices of its members in World War II. Col. Michael Wagner, chief of staff for the division, called on the crowd to envision the small demonstration of Army power magnified 100,000 times.
