Facing vehicular homicide charges, bradford casler, who has multiple sclerosis, walked back into court this time to try keep secret some of the evidence against him. Caslers attorney told a judge whats known as the prosecutions statement of the case should remain sealed because it contains information that might bias the public against casler and make it hard for him to get a fair trial. It affects the potential jury pool, it taints information was already released earlier this week. Specifically they dont believe his medical condition or any mechanical failure is to blame.
