Police say at around 5pm, they were called to the 400 block of Westwinds Drive on reports of a woman harassing a neighbor. While they were dealing with the situation, 31-year-old Adam Gibson was on the second floor, standing on the front porch of his condo watching his girlfriend getting arrested. 4/17/21 A man involved in a fight in downtown Iowa City faces charges that he assaulted a police officer so he could get to another fight. Iowa City Police say they broke up a fight between 32-year-old Levelle Horne of Clinton and another man near the corner of Clinton Street and Iowa Avenue just before 1am Saturday.
