This subject. that's why you bring someone like myself or dave soucie in. when you're doing the briefing, nothing is as helpful as having the guy who all the pilots look up to. the great thing about chief pilots is, they almost never have to interact with us because we go out and do our jobs and come back and get our jobs done. it's very seldom that they have disciplinary actions with pilots because these are people who are motivated, they've jumped through a lot of hoops to get to the point that they are at and they are not going to do anything to screw that up. >> lastly, dave, what lessons ...
