You are in a jury pool in a criminal case, and you’re asked if you can render a verdict based solely on the evidence presented in court.
You say “yes,  but as soon as jury selection begins, you tell the other jurors that you have some special information: that you consulted your Magic 8-Ball, and it informed you that the person on trial was innocent.
