科濟藥業貨源集中惹憧憬 - 20210615 - 經濟

翻看今年以來，本港共有4家生物科技公司上市，當中三家掛牌首日升幅介乎1.24%至2.15倍，餘下一家則「潛水」14.76%。可見贏面大，但股價表現相當波動。
今年來4隻生科IPO 3隻升
科濟眾多研發藥品當中，用於治療R/R MM（一種血液惡性腫瘤）的CT053處於最成熟的研發階段，於中國已進入關鍵的II/III期臨牀實驗。其餘大部分研發中療法則大體處於臨牀I期階段中。
專注CAR-T療法未來治癌重要方向
由於被視為能根治癌症的有效療法，市場未來增長可觀。根據弗若斯特沙利文研究報告，按銷售價值計，預計全球CAR-T細胞療法市場的銷售價值至2024年將達至66億美元，2019年至2024年的複合年增長率為55.0%；至2030年更將達至218億美元規模（見圖2）。
全球CAR-T細胞療法市場增長快速
目前而然，並無CAR-T細胞療法獲批准在中國上市。在美國則有5種CAR-T產品已獲FDA批准上市，當中最先推出市場的兩隻產品：諾華（NVS）旗下的Kymriah及吉德利（GILD）旗下的Yescarta銷量，於2018年至2020年分別錄得複合年增長率84.1%及28.7%，可見市場對CAR-T療法的需求殷切。
本港上市公司當中，有參與CAR-T研發業務的，主要有金斯瑞生物（1548）旗下的傳奇生物（LEGN）、藥明巨諾（2126）、永泰生物（6978）以及復星醫藥（2196）（透過與吉德利合營企業復星凱特涉足CAR-T療法）。其中，藥明巨諾及復星凱特旗下產品，同樣於去年向國家藥監局提及新藥申請（NDA），屬「行得較快」首指CAR-T企業，預計今年有機獲批准在中國上市。故科濟產品日後推出市場，估計已需與市面上同類型產品競爭。
9基石投資者佔全球發售逾六成
另一點要注意是次科濟共引入9名基石投資者，當中包括知名藥企LAV、新華資本、CloudAlpha等等，以中間價計算，全體基石投資者總共認購股份，佔是次全球發售股份的60.38%（假設超額配售股並無行使），如同慣例，股份設有6個月禁售期。
考慮集團業務的獨特性，貨源較為集中，以致近期市場對生物醫藥類股份的評價趨向正面，估計科濟上市後初期股價表現可向好。
