FEMA’s Public Assistance program provides supplemental grants to commonwealth and local governments, to help communities quickly respond to and recover from major disasters, according to a statement from FEMA.
Gov. Andy Beshear today joined state and local officials to break ground on another section of the Mountain Parkway Expansion in Eastern Kentucky.
