Raj Kundra landed in troubled waters when he was arrested by the Mumbai Police on Monday. On Tuesday, the entrepreneur was present in court and sent to judicial custody until 23 July. Several details of Raj Kundra and his businesses have emerged since he was arrested in an adult film racket. He is accused of distributing pornographic films via subscription-based apps under several production houses.
One such production house is Armsprime Media which seems to be the center of this controversy along with a couple of other production houses. According to an IANS report, Armsprime Media is a registered company with an authorised share capital of Rs 10 lakh. The company has two directors, Sanjay Kumar Tripathy and Saurabh Kushwah. ....

Armsprime Media, the company at the centre of the controversy, which led to the arrest of businessman Raj Kundra on charges of making pornographic content and publishing them through mobile applications, has two directors Sanjay Kumar Tripathy and Saurabh Kushwah. It is a private company incorporated in February 2019. It is classified as a non-government company registered with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. With an authorised share capital is Rs 10 lakh, the company is involved in sporting and other recreational activities.
Armsprime Media Private Limited s annual general meeting (AGM) was last held on September 25, 2019 and as per the records of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), its balance sheet was last filed on March 31, 2019. Raj Kundra Pornography Case Latest News Updates: Officials confirm no active role of Shilpa Shetty found yet

Shilpa Shetty’s husband Raj Kundra was arrested by the Mumbai Police on the night of July 19 in a pornography case. The officials earlier confirmed that he to be the ‘key conspirator’ in the case. He has been sent to judicial custody till July 23, along with Ryan Tharp, who was also arrested in the same case, from the Nerul area on Tuesday morning.
Soon after Raj’s arrest, Mumbai Police investigated if there is any involvement by his wife Shilpa in the case. So far, the police officials haven’t found any evidence about her. Joint Commissioner of Police (Crime), Milind Bharambe shared in a statement, “We have not been able to any find any active role (of Shilpa Shetty) yet. We are investigating. We will appeal to the victims to come forward and contact the Crime Branch Mumbai and we ll take appropriate action.” ....
