The judge is no exception. The Qualifications Commission filed a complaint finding cause that he violated the code of ethics. He took tickets to a rays game from a law firm on a case he was overseeing. He is a top rated judge. He is not the top of guy who would blow his career over the tickets. The firm send five but the judge only used two and threw three away. Over the course of several days he took tickets three more times from the firm.
