According to police around 5 30 tonight, the suspect she was also carrying a small child. Thats when another person fired a shot at the driver as he tried to get away. There was no serious injuries to the woman and no serious injury reported to the small child either. Then about 15 minutes later, the suspect called from another location. 43rd avenue and buckeye road, to report that he had been shot.
