Love park say they were appalled to have seen this video unfold over the weekend and that people actually picked up their cell phones to record what was happening but not to dial 911. Police say this man of pottstown now in handcuffs hit and beat this ranger repeatedly. Retaliation after tanner and friends had been asked by the ranger to stop skateboarding as it is off limits at love park.
