Mainland and Hong Kong achieve mutual recognition of legal rules in civil and commercial case judgments and achieve new breakthroughs. The "Arrangement on the Mutual Recognition and Enforcement of Judgments in Civil and Commercial Cases by the Courts of the Mainland and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region" signed in Beijing on the 18th will take effect in both places at the same time from January 29. The Arrangement stipulates the scope and content of mutual recognition and enforcement of judgments between the two places.
