Brooklyn was in the national limelight for the midterm elections, turning out the highest number of Democratic votes of any county in the state and after historic statewide Democratic election victories — including Gov. Hochul — plenty are taking credit for the major wins, while unfairly deflecting blame for a few losses on the Brooklyn Democratic Party I lead.
