We can thats what the head of the state of Water Department resources says after the latest check of the Sierra Snowpack yesterday. Its at a record low at only 12 of normal. The 8 of snow made for better skiing conditions at boreal but didnt put a debt dent in the drought. These first storms are just being absorbed into the dry ground. Folsom lake looks said right now.
