Obama has gotten 300 of his judicial nominees confirmed. 300. At the same point in his presidency, george w. Bush got through 35 fewer confirmations than obama to this point. Progress is being made to clear that. We know what to thank for that, right . In november of last year, harry reid triggered the socalled Nuclear Option.
