Quick read EMEA Nationwide Building Society has launched a tender offer and consent solicitation on some of its legacy Permanent Interest Bearing Shares. The exercise targets Nationwide's £10m floating-rate PIBS, which were issued by Cheshire Building Society in March 1994, before it merged with Nationwide in 2008.
