Breaking news in the violence that took place after blakes shooting. This morning 17yearold Kyle Rittenhouse was supposed to have his first court appearance, but apparently his attorneys just asked for a delay. Rittenhouse accused of shooting multiple people during protests in kenosha. He is facing several felony charges including intentional and reckless homicide. Officials say he traveled from his home in illinois to the protest lines in wisconsin armed with an ar15. His lawyer tells nbc news that the shooting was an act of selfdefense.
