PHELPS — The Phelps-Clifton Springs Community Theatre is celebrating its 46th year with the area’s first community theater presentation of “Bullets Over Broadway: The Musical.”

Performances are scheduled for 7:30 p.m. July 28-30 and 2 p.m. July 31 at Midlakes' Black Box Theatre.
