Have light rain falling, the bay bridge toll plaza. That commute looks good at the bay bridge there with no metering lights yet. A nice steady stream of traffic. We do have reports westbound 80 at powell street of a stalled vehicle in the middle lanes, so heads up on that. Some cars are coming in hot there and we dont want to have it be anything major so hopefully theyll get that pushed out of the way. Slowing up over the Altamont Pass with rain coming down. We do have a solo spinout near alexander approaching the Golden Gate Bridge not in lanes but is up against the guardrail there and we do ...
