Be closed. On southbound 101 and 92 a pickup truck veered off the road and into a ditch and San Mateo Fire Department tweeted the photos showing the truck submerged in water. The driver escaped without injury. Residents in belmont saw flooding and a homeowner called the Fire Department when he realized the water wasnt draining right and it was flow under his house something he has never seen in 20 years of living there.
