The times reported that mr menzies is accused of receiving £14,000 from tory donors, which was used for private medical expenses and to pay off what he described as bad people who had locked him in a flat. The Conservative Party has completed its investigation and says it cant conclude that there has been a misuse of Conservative Party funds. Mr menzies has strongly denied the claims.
