From an intersection in san jose, i guess the stoplights are not working. A lot of pockets in san jose are without power. But the hardest hit neighborhood is right here. The evergreen neighborhood in east san jose. I want to show you something very interesting. Im going to walk to my left. That has light right there. So my left side has light. But on this side theres no power. All the homes east of this intersection here are without power.
