BURY was transformed into a winter wonderland as April snow fell overnight. These stunning photographs taken by photographer Daniel Crompton captured the unseasonal spring snowy scene enjoyed by early risers this morning. Daniel took pictures around Openshaw Park, as well Holcombe and Scout Moor. The Met Office issues a yellow warning of snow and ice last night, which was in place until 8am, this morning.
