12:00 eastern time, a lot of breaking news to tell you about. this just in, the senate judiciary committee has just approved the nomination of supreme court nominee judge sonia sotomayor. it is now headed to the full senate, which will -- the vote was 13-6, just getting in this information right now. sotomayor is expected -- she was approved rather. the full senate will vote on sotomayor next week. again, she's expected to be approved there, as well. today's vote, 13-6, senator lindsey graham was the only republican to vote in favor of sotomayor. the 55-year-old could become the firs...
