Norovirus is suspected in dozens of people in San Francisco yesterday at a Carnival Cruise ship. A spokeswoman tells us 37 passengers reported coming down with a gastrointestinal illness believed to be caused by the highly contagious virus. The cruise lainer says the first liner says the first sign of the possible outbreak it immediately initiated enhanced sanitation procedures. Were told the ship was sanitized and wept back to sea with all the passengers on board including the ones who got ill.
