Some who watched it happen say antioch officers went too far. Ktvu is live after talking with the police chief about what we just saw. John . Reporter three days ago a possibly mentally disturbed man was taken into police custody. Witnesses say the way officers did it was way over the top. It was chaos. This is cell phone video of the scene apt i dont think when police were swarming on a possibly mentally disturbed man. They tased him, batoned him, kicked him, punched him. Reporter at the station at buchanan, you can see even with all the officers a police dog was used. Five cops were on top of him and they sicked the dog on him and the dog bit his head and face. They had him in control. The man was crying. Like in pain. Really crying. Tears in his eyes crying. Reporter witnesses say it seeme ....
