The first quarter of 2021 began with a violent insurrection at the U.S. Capitol and ended with both the Biden administration and Congress having taken important steps to safeguard scientific integrity and speed COVID-19 vaccinations. Executive orders and presidential memoranda directed agencies to create scientific integrity infrastructure and regulate based on evidence, while House committees considered the Scientific Integrity Act and held hearings on the federal workforce. Agencies moved quickly to undo Trump administration actions that sidelined science, while advocates used Sunshine Week to highlight the value of transparency.

Speaking on Thursday at Sirona Strategies' Health IT Leadership Roundtable, newly-minted National Coordinator for Health IT Micky Tripathi offered an overview of ONC's strategic priorities for the near future, and described how the agency is doing tactical work on wider Biden administration policy goals.
Of course, said Tripathi, "Job number one is COVID-19 right now. We are supporting all of the work related to the execution of the executive orders … [and] make sure that every single one of those is hitting the mark in terms of the priority, the urgency, the importance and the execution."

CSE") relating to the Form 2A Listing Statement ("
Listing Statement"), respecting the Company's pending acquisition (the "
Acquisition") of Contakt World Technologies Corp. ("
Contakt World").
The first round of CSE comments was received on January 14, 2021 and the Company responded to same on February 3, 2021. The Company received its second round of comments from the CSE on February 11, 2021, which was addressed by the Company on February 28, 2021. The Company is currently awaiting a response from the CSE regarding the second comment letter response.
